The skin needs constant supply of water to prevent it from drying out. As much as you might be taking a lot of water on a daily basis, remember your organs soak up much of the water. Alcohol dehydrates the body a lot which causes the skin to look dull and develop wrinkles.

These hormones stimulate skin cells that clog the pores while also producing a lot sebum. This can affect the skin in various ways but common cases are in people who already suffer from acne.
